OECL reuses one standardized ERC-8004 observation across five mainnet targets, checks each result against independent chain state, and emits one machine-readable EvidenceReceipt per network.
Agreement becomes ADMISSIBLE. A contradiction becomes REJECTED. Missing observer or witness evidence remains INCOMPLETE.

How it works
Observation is not evidence.
One standardized GraphQL model reads ERC-8004 state.
Independent RPC calls inspect the corresponding indexed block.
Chain ID, block hash, registry runtime and agent ownership are checked.
OECL emits a deterministic EvidenceReceipt for downstream systems.
Scientific consumer
Evidence enters research only after admission.
OECL V2.1 is the first scientific consumer of this evidence model. Its current composition corpus remains frozen and deterministic: live receipts do not rewrite existing conclusions, and verified protocol presence still does not establish compatibility.
Inspect materialized pair evaluation
Enter two ERCs to inspect an evaluation already present in the current scientific snapshot. OECL will not create a new evaluation if that pair has not been materialized.
